What you\’ll be doing:
As a Data Quality Lead you will oversee the quality and integrity of data within our business and systems. This role involves developing and implementing data quality strategies, creating and monitoring data quality metrics, and collaborating with various departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
This hands-on role has emerged at an exciting time in the company’s growth, arriving at the same time as investment in new data sources and data quality management technology to meet commercial data strategy and compliance data quality needs. Having invested in new technology and data sources, the DQL is responsible for leveraging the value from those investments to uplift our data quality to the highest possible standards.
- Develop and implement data quality management strategies and frameworks.
- Lead data quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Implement new data quality data sources and technology.
- Create and manage the roll out of new member data quality processes.
- Apply associated contact strategies alongside marketing, whilst minimising business impact.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of implementing data quality standards, policies, and best practices.
- Understanding of data management principles with experience of data governance frameworks.
- Experience with data governance and stewardship, ensuring data quality at all stages of its lifecycle.
- Conduct data quality assessments and audits, identifying and prioritising issues.
- Ability to define and measure key Data Quality KPIs.
