What you\’ll be doing:
- Responsible for the delivery of the KJL sales plan
- Responsible for growth acceleration plan achievement
- Sales strategy (incl. upselling and renewal) setting and deployment, covering sales funnel management, prospect management, deal-closing
- Leading and developing a strong, effective Sales and Account Management team
- Establishing a strong communication network with key stakeholders in the wider group
- Working with KINTO Europe and other Toyota entities
- Representing KJL during Sustainability conferences, mobility conventions and other related events
- Ensuring accurate sales plans and reports, business plans and forecasts.
- Implementing the geographic expansion strategy across Europe.
How you could stretch this role:
- Have a deep understanding of the group\’s sustainability strategy and business targets, reflected in an effective commercial strategy and translated into successful sales activities.
- Developing market-leading sales activities and account management practices to maximise engagement and renewal.
- Develop the geographic expansion plan (globally).

Requirements
Ideally you will have the following experience and skills:
- Masters degree in Economics, Sustainability or Urban Development
- Significant experience in platform economy, ideally mobility service environment
- Experience in mobility and sustainability B2B / B2C business models, Go-to-market strategy development and tactics
- Proven profitability and change management skills
- Extroverted, results-driven, challenging
- Experience in establishing effective feedback loops between sales, marketing and product (Agile software development)
- Networker
- International work experience, appreciates travelling, mobile
- Good written and spoken English. Fluency in any other European language is an added benefit.
