Are you an experienced Learning and Development professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact in an organisation whose mission is to make a sustainable, positive change to the housing crisis for our customers and communities? As a Learning and Development Business Partner at B3Living, you will coordinate the corporate training programme, ensuring its alignment with organisational priorities and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will design and deliver engaging, inclusive learning solutions, lead the ongoing development of our learning management system, and coordinate initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in learning design and delivery for a diverse audience
- The ability to simplify complex information and ideas for accessibility
- Experience conducting training needs analysis
- Experience managing and maintaining a learning management system
- Experience measuring the impact or return on investment of learning initiatives
We are a social business based in Hoddesdon and across southeast Hertfordshire, helping local people by renting or selling affordable homes.
