Salary: FTE salary of £39,791 - £44,212 and pro-rata salary of £24,197 - £26,885.

Are you an experienced Learning and Development professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact in an organisation whose mission is to make a sustainable, positive change to the housing crisis for our customers and communities? As a Learning and Development Business Partner at B3Living, you will coordinate the corporate training programme, ensuring its alignment with organisational priorities and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will design and deliver engaging, inclusive learning solutions, lead the ongoing development of our learning management system, and coordinate initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in learning design and delivery for a diverse audience
  • The ability to simplify complex information and ideas for accessibility
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis
  • Experience managing and maintaining a learning management system
  • Experience measuring the impact or return on investment of learning initiatives

We are a social business based in Hoddesdon and across southeast Hertfordshire, helping local people by renting or selling affordable homes. We offer services to help our customers live comfortably in their homes and work to maintain our buildings and estates, providing support when finances are tight or as residents age.
