\\n\\nWe are an operationally driven business with a focus on visible management and a team that embodies our core values: Empowerment, Integrity, and Passion – this is the Smart way.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\nThe Contract Support at Smart Managed Solutions is responsible for producing financial and statistical reports, assisting with month-end financial reviews, and training administrators on finance functions. \\n\\nThis role involves overseeing daily administration tasks, managing work orders and purchase orders, reviewing WIP, and raising invoices. \\n\\nAdditionally, the Contract Support assists in managing financial metrics, conducts quarterly audits, performs occasional site visits, and undertakes other administrative duties as needed, reporting to the Business Unit Director and collaborating with the Contract Manager.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nProduce financial and statistical reports for your designated portfolio.
\\n\\nAssist in reviewing contract month-end P&L’s with the Chief Financial Officer, Management Accountant, and Business Unit Management Team. \\n\\nOversee daily administration tasks for direct sites. \\n\\nRaise work orders, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
\\n\\nEnsure timely delivery of parts/services. \\n\\nManage and review WIP, debt, purchase invoices, and open purchase orders, updating relevant parties. \\n\\nOversee maintenance invoicing for all contracts.
\\n\\nCollate information for internal and external monthly reports. \\n\\nRespond to customer inquiries professionally. \\n\\nSubmit overtime reports to payroll and monitor engineers' work schedules.
