Our client is leading global catering equipment manufacturer. An instantly recognisable brand, known for innovation and exceptional qaulity of product and service, they continue to be highly successful.
They are looking to recruit a high calibre Head of Sales to oversea their catering equipment sales function across the UK & Ireland.
Responsible for managing a highly experienced team, comprising of KAM's, BDM's, Marketing and Engineering staff, our client are looking for an individual with a proven track record gained in senior leadership roles.
Ideally the right individual with have extensive catering equipment exposure, however candidates with backgrounds gained selling capital equipment or services to the HoReCa sector will be considered.
What's Required:
- Experience gained in senior sales leadership role in the catering equipment/food equipment sector or a similar sector selling to HoReCa clients.
- A proven track record gained managing highly experienced sales teams.
- Exposure to devising and executing sales strategy.
- An inclusive, expansive leadership style, with the gravitas and EQ required to inspire teams to new heights.
- The drive, dynamism, resilience and drive required to be effective in a competitive sector.
- Highly developed commercial acumen.
