- M365 (Office/OneDrive/Teams/Sharepoint integration etc) including M365 management portal, conditional access and licence management
- Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD
- Azure
- Windows 10/11 rollouts – SCCM/Intune/Autopilot
- AV
- Vulnerability remediation
- Telephony/ Microsoft Teams
- Mail protection
- Financial Service experience is highly preferred
