Our client is a market leader in furnishing solutions for the residential real estate sector across the UK, serving the likes of BTR, developers, student accommodation, and estate agencies. With 20 years of experience, they operate at the intersection of B2B & B2C, service & retail, providing tailored solutions to a diverse client base.

As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact partnership strategy that drives revenue, expands market reach, and fosters long-term business success. You will identify and secure key partnerships, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships while working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnerships with overall business objectives. Additionally, you’ll oversee a team of 3 Account Directors, ensuring strong collaboration, mentorship, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership roadmap to support business growth.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships across multiple sectors.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and mutual success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create joint marketing, sales, and product strategies that maximize partnership potential.
  • Lead deal structuring and negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for sustained growth.
  • Monitor partnership performance, setting and analyzing KPIs to optimize success.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine partnership strategies.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to a team of Account Directors, driving high performance and accountability.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in external engagements and industry events.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar senior role (B2B environment preferred).
  • Strong track record in building, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team, fostering collaboration and performance.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially driven with a strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term vision with immediate execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess partnership performance and inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to align partnerships with broader business objectives.
