We are urgently seeking an experienced Exams and Data Officer to join a large secondary school in Southwark to support the Head of Departments and SLT with data analysis. SIMS Assessment experience is essential.
The Role
As the school’s Exams and Data Officer, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient administration of all public examinations at the school (GCSE, BTEC, Vocational). You will work closely with teaching staff and students throughout the exams programme. You will work with external exam boards and oversee invigilators to ensure that all exams are conducted in accordance with the necessary JCQ guidelines and regulations. Your role will be vital in maintaining the integrity of the exam process and ensuring that our students have the best chance of success.
You will need to have excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of the exam process. You should be able to work effectively under pressure and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. You MUST be a SIMS assessment specialist.
There will be a need to support Head of Departments and SLT with data analysis and production of data for meetings, uploading data into 4matrix, producing analysis, supporting the implementation of Pupil Progress for core HoDs, production of reports, and addressing day-to-day issues with SIMS marksheets.
This role is available with an immediate start and is a full-time role.
