They are undergoing a transformation period to become a best-in-class treasury function and are looking for someone who will be comfortable driving this change.
Description
The Assistant Treasurer will be responsible for:
- Managing the TMS Manager responsible for a TMS upgrade/implementation.
- Driving change related to systems, operations, automation, and processes.
- Deputising for the Group Treasurer.
- Managing the Treasury Operations team (team of 5) in a matrix structure.
- Creating the global treasury handbook and treasury policies.
- Constantly seeking innovation and new ideas to improve the team.
- Assisting the Group Treasurer with the financing and refinancing of the debt portfolio.
Profile
The successful Assistant Treasurer will have:
- Experience in a corporate treasury function where they have utilised systems and processes to drive solutions.
- Comfort managing a direct report.
- A strong understanding of project management, including bank rationalisation and streamlining subsidiaries.
- An understanding of systems and digital innovation.
Job Offer
A very competitive salary plus hybrid working options. Our client requires the candidate to be office-based 1 day a week. This role cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
