We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Advisor to help shape our marketing strategy, supporting multiple brands under the IMI Instrumentation division. If you enjoy creating digital content, managing social media, and working on marketing campaigns, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing Social Media & Content Creation • Plan and create social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) with the support of our Social Media Manager. • Write engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and website updates. • Work with designers to create visuals and videos. Email Marketing & Campaigns • Design and send email campaigns to different customer groups. • Test and tweak campaigns to get the best results. • Track performance and suggest improvements. SEO & Website Management • Update and improve website content using WordPress (or similar tools). • Ensure pages are easy to find on search engines (SEO). • Work on paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn) to boost traffic. Analytics & Reporting • Track social media and website performance using tools like Google Analytics. • Report on marketing success and suggest improvements. Events & Campaigns • Support marketing activities for trade shows and webinars. • Help create marketing materials that match our brand. What We’re Looking For • Experience in digital marketing (B2B or industrial sector is a plus). • Knowledge of social media, email marketing, and website management. • Comfortable using marketing tools (WordPress, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms). • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. • Organised, creative, and able to manage multiple projects. Bonus Skills: • CIM membership or other marketing qualifications. • Experience working with external marketing agencies. • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing tools. Why IMI?
