As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:

Communicating with and responding to customers about incidents, events, and requests, demonstrating excellent levels of customer service

Taking action to provide solutions which solve complex problems permanently

Analysing, diagnosing, and resolving all errors, faults, and incidents

Consistently recording accurate information to support improvements and decision making

Prioritising and managing several open issues and incoming calls

Providing excellent customer service, building a good rapport through open and interactive communication

Previous experience in a customer facing role – ideally phone-based customer service experience

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
