We’re looking for a Divisional Managing Director (DMD) to lead and drive performance across our Nottingham and surrounding area division. Covering a vast and dynamic region across the East Midlands , you will oversee a team of Area Managers , ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and the continued success of our business. Key Responsibilities Of The Divisional Managing Director:

  • Drive overall income and profitability across the division
  • Lead, manage, and mentor Area Managers, ensuring they achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and revenue
  • Recruit, induct, train, and develop high-performing teams within the region
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to stay ahead
  • Maintain and promote the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence

Experience required to be successful as a Divisional Managing Director:

  • An experienced Area Director, Regional Director, or Senior Area Manager looking for a significant career step
  • A dynamic and inspirational leader, capable of motivating and mentoring large teams
  • A proven track record in generating new business and delivering outstanding financial results
  • Resilient, proactive, and competitive, with a results-driven mindset
  • A Full UK driving licence holder as a company car or car allowance will be provided
