We’re looking for a Divisional Managing Director (DMD) to lead and drive performance across our Nottingham and surrounding area division. Covering a vast and dynamic region across the East Midlands , you will oversee a team of Area Managers , ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and the continued success of our business. Key Responsibilities Of The Divisional Managing Director:
- Drive overall income and profitability across the division
- Lead, manage, and mentor Area Managers, ensuring they achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and revenue
- Recruit, induct, train, and develop high-performing teams within the region
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to stay ahead
- Maintain and promote the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence
Experience required to be successful as a Divisional Managing Director:
- An experienced Area Director, Regional Director, or Senior Area Manager looking for a significant career step
- A dynamic and inspirational leader, capable of motivating and mentoring large teams
