A market-leading investment research firm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of internal systems supporting expert consultation services.

The Role

This opportunity is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead their Expert Network Solutions product domain. This critical role involves shaping the strategy and execution of tools that enable seamless expert consultations, streamlining workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our internal teams can deliver world-class consultation experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Leadership: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to execution and continuous improvement, for systems that support expert consultations.
• Tools & Systems Strategy: Develop a roadmap to enhance internal platforms, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Consultation Platform Excellence: Lead the evolution of consultation tools, ensuring seamless expert-client interactions and future service expansions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, Expert Sourcing, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Commercial teams to align product goals with business needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, communicate progress effectively, and align on priorities.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to guide prioritization and ensure impactful product decisions.
• Agile Product Development: Lead Agile methodologies, collaborating with Engineering and UX teams for iterative, high-impact solution development.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements within a highly regulated industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in managing B2B SaaS products, particularly tools and platforms for internal or operational users.
• Familiarity with expert networks, consulting, or professional services models is advantageous (preferred).
• Strong background in designing and scaling internal workflow tools for complex operations.
• Experience in safely transitioning users from legacy to modern platforms, with a phased approach.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse internal teams to align priorities.
• Deep understanding of operational workflows, with a history of delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
