Here at Trayport, we are looking for a Total Rewards Partner to join our team as we continue to grow rapidly both within our London office and globally. With responsibility for supporting the design and delivery of Trayport’s compensation, benefits and pension programmes, you will play a key role in helping us to continue to attract, engage and retain great people.
So what will you be doing?
As mentioned earlier this is an incredibly broad role covering compensation, benefits and pension support. It will involve:
- Collaborating with the business to develop and deliver comp programmes/frameworks and pay structures.
- Managing queries from employees on compensation, benefits and pension in an engaging manner.
- Supporting the annual year-end compensation process.
- Ensuring pay equity, internal alignment and compliance through job evaluations.
- Improving communication/education and building trust with the business around compensation.
- Providing analytical support and managing reporting requirements (e.g., Gender Pay Gap reporting).
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards governing compensation, pension and benefits practices.
- Supporting benefits, pension and wellness programmes for the EMEA and APAC region, including invoice approvals, planning and benefits education sessions for employees to sustain a culture that attracts, engages, retains and rewards employees.
- Supporting the annual renewals and open enrolment process for the benefit plan(s).
- Actively participating in total rewards projects engaging multiple stakeholders across functions using well-established project planning and change management skills.

You will bring curiosity and willingness to learn and understand how your role plays a key part in how we attract, engage and retain our people.
