Job Description CRM Specialist – Derby As a CRM Specialist you will play the crucial role in identifying areas for maintaining and generating customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction with a focus on ecommerce channels. You will re-engage with previous customers, sustain current relationships, as well as build new relationships through email marketing campaigns. You will plan and collaboratively work with the design team to build email marketing campaigns and customer accounts, as well as implement strategies to generate and enhance retention, satisfaction and loyalty amongst customers. The CRM specialist will monitor ecommerce transactions and maintain thorough records of customers interactions and activities, constructing regular reports using data and insights to support your findings. A successful CRM specialist would have the opportunity to progress their career with potential of becoming an SME with ownership of the area. Why them?
