Sonomatic RAIS are seeking a qualified and experienced UKAS RG-2 Category 3 Inspection Engineer to join their inspection team at Shell, Mossmorran.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR)
- Visual Inspection for External Corrosion / CUI – formal training available
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer software
- Effective coordination and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of oil industry standards (API, ASME, EEMUA, BS EN)
- Understanding of damage mechanisms and corrosion awareness
Qualifications
- UKAS RG2 Category 3 minimum
- ASME Level 1 Plant inspector (desired but not required)
Working Arrangements
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8am – 4:30pm, Friday: 8am – 2pm
