Design Engineer (Automotive) – Outside IR35
£40 – £50 per hour via Umbrella / Limited Company + Overtime + Hybrid
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Location: Abingdon
Are you a design engineer with composite, surface, and tooling knowledge looking for a new contract outside IR35? Are you interested in securing an immediately available contract role, offering an excellent hourly rate, hybrid working, and regular overtime?
Due to the securing of large contracts, my client is looking for a number of design engineers to work with the team and assist with a variety of projects for some of the largest names in the automotive, marine, aerospace, and motorsport sectors. You will be supporting a business operating out of a state-of-the-art facility specialising in full product & project lifecycle, advanced manufacturing, and tooling.
This role offers excellent rates of pay, regular overtime, and the opportunity to secure large contract extensions based on high performance. Catia and surfacing experience are required.
The Candidate:
- Catia experience
- Tooling, composites, or surfacing experience
- Able to commute to Abingdon
The Role:
- 3-month contract, likely to be extended to 6
- Working on projects in the aerospace, automotive, and marine industries
