Location: Near Stevenage
Base Level Security Clearance Required
Salary: £50k-£70k per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays (1 day hybrid per week)

Role Overview

As a Project Manager , you will coordinate cross-functional teams to scope, track, and deliver product development, New Product Introduction (NPI), and operational improvement projects for aerospace product manufacturing. Acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project execution from proposal to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Plan, track, and manage projects to ensure they meet deadlines, quality benchmarks, and budget constraints.
• Serve as the primary interface for customers and stakeholders, both internal and external.

Experience Required / Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing
• Proven experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams, both locally and remotely.
• Formal project management qualifications (e.g., APM, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
• Demonstrable success in delivering NPI or operational improvement projects under challenging timelines.
