Your new company You will be joining a main contractor operating in the water sector. This high-profile organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to join their team. Your new role As Project Manager, you will be based in the Devonshire area and be responsible for, but not limited to: Creating and maintaining programmes as well as producing forecasts and procurement schedules Approving subcontractor invoices and ensuring payments are made within timescales Monitoring and reviewing financial and delivery performance Coordinating with the client and subcontractors regarding H&S audits/inspections Liaising with the delivery team to ensure successful project delivery. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you must have: Experience of managing and delivering civil, mechanical and/or electrical works from inception through to completion in the water (clean and/or waste) industry Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance Sound communication and leadership abilities Strong organisational and time management skills.
