£90,000 – £100,000 + Benefits
Hybrid – 1-2 days per week on-site in Surrey

*Candidates must be a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales to be considered.

I’m currently recruiting for a Legal Counsel with a background in IT law experience or background of working with an IT company.

Skills/Experience

• Qualified Lawyer in the UK
• IT Law
• 5+ Years experience working as an in-house Solicitor/Legal Counsel within an IT company
• Provide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff
• Monitor, research and address legal issues within the company/branch
• Draft and review contracts, agreements and corporate documents
• Excellent negotiation skills.
