We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Manager and Content Creator . The primary focus of this role is to generate leads through innovative content strategies, exceptional design, and impactful storytelling. This position offers a competitive base salary with significant growth opportunities based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Design:
- Conceptualise, design, and execute high-quality content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Develop compelling visuals and video content tailored for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit and enhance content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and goals.
- Lead Generation:
- Strategically create content that drives engagement and converts audiences into leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise campaigns for lead acquisition.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
- Team & Project Management:
- Oversee the content creation process, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Manage and coordinate with other team members, freelancers, and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Establish workflows and guidelines to maintain consistent quality and brand voice.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyse key performance metrics related to lead generation and content success.
- Provide regular reports and suggest actionable improvements to enhance performance.
