JOB OVERVIEW

As the Marketplace Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Brand Partnership business by supporting the Marketplace operations. Your responsibilities will include product data optimization, ensuring our product listings are accurate and compelling, managing the timely and precise uploading of products to various ecommerce platforms, overseeing inventory levels and ensuring products are always available, and assisting in the daily operations of our marketplaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain and create new product uploads
  2. Maintain and update master data sheet for product range
  3. Assist marketplace data optimization, primarily through categorization and attribute mapping
  4. Send daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
  5. Prepare ad hoc reports for analysis, sales, returns and stock planning
  6. Work alongside buying team in releasing the product range for 3rd party sites
  7. Support and assist Marketplace Co-Ordinator and Head of New Business in Marketplace Meetings
  8. Continuously learn & research improved ways of managing our marketplace operations
  9. Liaise with UK/International Warehouses to ensure Marketplace operations run as expected, and support the Marketplace Co-Ordinator regarding operational issues.
  10. Ensure Host SLAs are continuously met.
  11. Support the Head of New Business with all stock management for external 3rd party logistics from forecasting intake through to delivery.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  1. High-level intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel/Google Sheets
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication
  3. Demonstrable creative approach to data collection and presentation
  4. e-Commerce aware, ideally coming from a role in ecommerce merchandising/management, wholesale/Marketplace or a highly analytical administrative role
  5. Experience of Tradebyte/Zalando would be ideal but not essential
  6. Adaptable & flexible, happy to work beyond own remit
  7. Highly numerate and analytical, with outstanding attention to detail
  8. Organised and efficient, able to prioritise effectively
  9. Able to deal with multiple information sources
  10. Familiar with data collection
  11. Able to work to tight and changeable deadlines
  12. Proactive, able to self-manage and work on own initiative
