Marketing Communications Executive – B2C
We’re on a mission to grow, with exciting plans in Marketing to make that happen. Right now, we’re looking for a creative marketeer to help deliver brilliant loyalty communications to our customer base.
Engaging and retaining our customers is critical to our growth, and our exciting loyalty proposition is key to supporting this strategy. The Marketing Communications Executive will be responsible for managing the creative development of communications for our rewards app, including acquiring new members and servicing current ones across various marketing channels like email, SMS, DM, and the app.
The successful Marketing Communications Executive will be part of a busy comms squad, collaborating closely with the CVM team, Marketing Managers, Partnerships, and Propositions teams to achieve customer experience goals, drive app downloads, stimulate an active user base, and encourage offer redemptions.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Executive include:
- Collaborate with the CVM team, Marketing Managers, and Propositions team to deliver customer comms creative requirements
- Work with the CVM Insights team to drive marketing effectiveness based on conversion/engagement data and a test-and-learn approach
- Write briefs for the In-House Agency, defining requirements to achieve the briefed objectives
- Manage the development and delivery of final creative assets
- Liaise with key support departments (brand, legal, props, partners, etc.) to ensure creative fits appropriate guidelines
The successful Marketing Communications Executive will have:
- Experience in Customer Comms or related Marketing in B2C organisations
- Proven track record of driving positive customer behaviour and commercial outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence peers and senior teams
- Experience working in multi-functional teams to deliver joint objectives
- Attention to detail and a creative approach to solving comms challenges
- Excellent grammar and language skills with a passion for exceptional copywriting
- Ability to write inspiring, impactful briefs
