We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital growth in the US and UK markets, leading paid media strategy, execution, and optimisation to maximise ROI while maintaining brand consistency.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop & execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging ad platforms.
- Optimise campaigns for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Leverage A/B testing and experimentation to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Monitor & analyse performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party attribution tools.
- Manage digital marketing budgets across both markets, ensuring efficient spend allocation for maximum impact.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Proven track record of running ROI-focused paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and media buying strategies.
- E-commerce or D2C experience is a plus!
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
