Role Overview
We seek a highly motivated self-starter to manage multiple fast-paced marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, deeply involved in all aspects of internal and external marketing, and eager to contribute to our global brand growth. This remote role requires occasional travel, including monthly meetings in Manchester.
The right Candidate will be someone that looks after multiple points of the Marketing Department and doesn’t rely on a wider Team or outside Agencies. In this role you will be the wider Team and Agencies.
In return we are looking for someone who wants to become a Marketing Manager (There will be a clear path on how to achieve this) and also go on to Line Manage in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Support and execute the marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Content Management: Maintain and optimize website content (WordPress), SEO, PPC, and outbound marketing materials.
- Marketing Automation & Outreach: Manage B2B lead generation campaigns using Zymplify and other platforms.
- Social Media Management: Grow and engage audiences across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Events & Awards: Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, and award submissions.
- Additional Duties: Support PR, competitor research, internal events, newsletters, training materials, and presentations.
- 3+ years in marketing roles with proven success in managing marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs.
- Expertise in WordPress, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and marketing performance reporting.
- Strong experience with social media management, content creation, and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with automated marketing platforms and event planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Senior-level B2B marketing experience, marketing degree, or related qualification.
- Basic HTML knowledge and experience in MarTech, AI, CRM, or data analytics.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required.
