Client Accountant

A dynamic, one partner firm in Hertfordshire are now looking for an Accountant to join them for two months, during a very busy period. Working with the Senior Accountant you will be responsible for:-

Duties of the Client Accountant Role:-

• Co-ordinate and produce monthly, quarterly and annual statements
• Control framework and review the bookkeepers work to ensure the operations are recorded and documented in a timely and accurate manner
• Lead the financial close process and review deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, income and expenditure.
• Finalise the accounts and prepare the pack to present to the client

Requirements of the Client Accountant Role:-

• Strong background from a small practice
• Complete and finalise accounts for year end
• First rate interpersonal skills to present to the client
• Good systems skills
• Ideally qualified but would consider and exceptional QBE
