A leading and instantly recognisable company are seeking a proactive Qualified Management Accountant to support the Finance team in driving improved resource productivity and financial management within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital link between the finance team and operational management, providing insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
- Analyse and articulate operational and financial performance to foster a culture of continuous improvement among managers.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly performance reports, contributing to the consolidated performance report for the organisation.
- Drive enhancements in the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring clarity and efficiency in financial communications.
- Collaborate in the preparation of Budgets, Medium Term Plans, and Forecasts, aligned with organisational goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and best practices, recommending actionable solutions to enhance financial performance.

- Assist with the preparation of Statutory Accounts and supporting documentation as needed.
