To support the Head of Risk in carrying out the responsibilities of the risk management team across all the team’s activities.
Company Overview
Our client is a leading specialty insurance provider operating through multiple underwriting platforms. Headquartered in London, it has a global presence spanning the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada, and Latin America.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating business risk, control, KRI and incident registers, which are recorded and managed using the risk management system.
- Providing input to continuously improve the risk management framework, including improvements to reporting and development of the risk management system functionality.
- Supporting the quarterly/annual risk management and ORSA reporting processes.
- Assisting the team to maintain and update risk management documentation.
- Assisting with the organisation and production of papers for the internal management groups, risk management group and the Board’s Risk Management Committee.
Key Skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Consistently produces high standard results with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Flexible in adjusting priorities and agile in delivering performance.
