Finance Assistant
£30K + Study Support
Halliday Marx have partnered with a Media Consultancy Organisation to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.
This is a Hybrid working role and you will report into the Finance Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited too;
Processing a high volume of invoices
Accurate preparation of weekly payment runs
Assist with supplier reconciliations
Responsible for raising all customer invoices
Cash allocation
Reconciliations of multiple bank accounts in multi-currencies
Assist with the month end close
Assist with VAT returns
The Successful Candidate will;
AAT studier or early stages of ACCA / CIMA
Excellent communicator both verbal and written
Strong team player
