A leading Education Recruitment Company, fully accredited by the DfE, with expertise in the placement of Teachers and Teaching Assistants in to Primary and Secondary Schools across the UK.. You will have a successful sales or recruitment background and be keen to cross train into the Education Recruitment sector. They have had a remarkable track record of training staff – a very low turnover of staff with every consultant over 2 years experience earning at least £45k (in addition to at least 36 days holiday per annum including bank holidays). The role requires a mixture of new business calling, meeting schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates against opportunities, arranging interviews, contract negotiation and on-going customer service with both the school and the teacher. All candidates and schools are met face to face, their safeguarding compliance record is outstanding, and their approach is based on honesty and quality.
