A leading payments organisation specialising in cross-border transactions, empowering businesses and individuals with seamless, secure, and cost-effective international payments, are offering the opportunity for a Business Analyst to come and join their team.

Role Overview

You will play a critical role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the development of payment solutions tailored for cross-border transactions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of financial technology, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes related to cross-border payments and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and market needs are met.
  4. Develop process flows, business models, and functional specifications to support solution design.
  5. Work with data analytics teams to assess payment trends, customer behavior, and operational performance.
  6. Assist in system implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment reviews.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in payments.

Requirements

  1. Experience as a Business Analyst in payments, fintech, or financial services.
  2. Strong understanding of cross-border payments, foreign exchange, SWIFT, and regulatory frameworks.
  3. Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

This role is hybrid 2/3 in the London office with a salary range around £70-80k depending on experience. The wider package includes bonus, pension, life cover and more.
