Job Description
The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a Finance Assistant & Payroll Support whowill drive and support on overall payroll processing for the hotel under guidance of the Hotel Financial Controller. To provide general assistance in all areas of the hotel accounting function
As Finance Assistant & Payroll Supportyour key responsibilities include:
- Complete the administration and inputs for payroll
- Liaise with HODs on timely processing of timecards and overtime requests to incorporate for payroll processing
- Support employees for queries related to payslips, payroll etc.
- Ensure employee payroll payments are processed based on contracted hours, work patterns, HMRC requirements, etc
- To provide general assistance in all areas of the hotel accounting function: cash reconciliation, invoices, float check, supplier queries…

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is a luxury 5-star all suite hotel set in the exclusive Chelsea Harbour Marina and within walking distance from the legendary Kings Road. All of the hotels luxury suites are spacious and elegantly furnished, with four spectacular penthouse suites which offer some of the best panoramic views across London from their spacious roof terraces.
