Senior Finance Business Partner – Service Improvement

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our finance team as a Senior Finance Business Partner on a 6-month fixed term contract/secondment. This key role will involve providing strategic financial support and guidance across University Hospitals of Northamptonshire (UHN) in relation to key areas such as efficiencies and service improvement.
The post holder will be someone who looks for innovative solutions to improve the financial performance of the care group and has excellent communication skills to inspire confidence in working with other professionals at a senior level both within the Trust and externally. They will also proactively engage the organisation to support delivery of financial improvement.
This is a hybrid working role across UHN.
We are looking for a highly motivated senior finance business partner with significant senior finance experience. They will need strong communication skills and the ability to empower and inspire others to embed strategic financial change.
The post holder will be highly effective in designing, preparing, and presenting complex financial and non-financial information to colleagues, including Executive leaders across the Trust.
They should have the ability to successfully challenge assumptions and information, negotiate solutions, and build strong working relationships that inspire confidence on the advice given to finance and non-finance colleagues.
