The Private Health People were established in 2023. Set up by two directors with over 20 years sales experience combined.
We offer a bespoke service to our client base with the sole focus being the right advice. Our knowledge across the market allows us to guarantee each person is placed with the right insurer with the right options.
We have a close knit team which we are looking to eventually expand to around 15, meaning there will be plenty of roles and opportunity available.
The Private Health People are appointed representatives of the largest individual health insurance intermediary in the UK, USAY Compare, meaning we have access to the latest systems, technology and best converting data.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Broker role at The Private Health People in Bournemouth. The Senior Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to insurance brokering, client management, policy review, and sales generation.
Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Experience in client management and sales
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Certification or degree in Insurance or a related field
Remuneration and incentives
We believe in rewarding our staff and creating an environment where hard work and good results are recognised. We have an uncapped bonus structure designed to allow top agents to earn well over £80k with some being able to achieve beyond £100k. The following incentives also run sporadically throughout the month and year:
- Team meals out.
- Spin the wheel after sales and win hundreds more per month.
- Big quarterly incentives including long weekends away in Barcelona, Lisbon, Budapest etc.
- Growing basic wage based on previous 12 month performance.
Salary and Bonus
- Basic salary starts at £30,000 and can reach £45,000.
- Bonus is paid monthly and will be a % of premium written.
- OTE of £60-£100K
