The Role
As a Senior Compliance Manager in the Insurance team, you will:
- Regulatory Compliance: Apply FCA and PRA rules, including ICOBS and SYSC, to ensure clients meet their obligations.
- Client Delivery: Conduct audits, provide strategic compliance advice, and oversee multiple client projects.
- Business Development: Support revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and promoting consultancy services.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior compliance professionals while ensuring top-tier client service.

- Strong Insurance Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of FCA rules and the operational workings of the insurance market.
