Senior Finance/Business Manager/Finance Controller
Are you a driven and detail-oriented finance professional looking for your next challenge within a growing and innovative engineering/manufacturing environment?
We are representing one of the largest independent UK groups within the engineering sector. With six companies within the group and a combined annual turnover exceeding £40m, they are looking for a talented Senior Finance/Business Manager to contribute to their continued success.
With a fantastic reputation in the market for over 30 years, they are a dynamic and growing organisation committed to excellence in design, engineering, and manufacturing.
With ambitious growth plans, you will play a key role in providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
You will lead and support the production of detailed business plans, conducting detailed financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts, identifying risks and opportunities. This is key within this role as the founder is about to acquire a new business to add to the portfolio.

- Excellent knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience managing financial growth in businesses transitioning from SME to mid-sized operations.
