Customer Success Manager– London (Onsite)

A fast-growing SaaS firm specializing in oil & gas is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our London office.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in customer engagement, product adoption, onboarding and retention, ensuring that clients extract maximum value from our services. You will also contribute to strategic growth by identifying opportunities to expand relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding and training, ensuring seamless integration into client workflows.
  • Drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and provide insights to account managers.
