Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 or LEVEL 3 qualification to join our team in Exeter providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and ensuring their well-being and development. Duties – Supervise and engage with children in a nursery setting – Plan and implement educational activities suitable for early childhood development – Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children – Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children’s progress – Manage daily routines and ensure the needs of each child are met Skills – Experience working with children – Leadership qualities to guide and support children effectively – Proficient in English to communicate with children, parents, and colleagues – Knowledge of childcare practices and early childhood education – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently – Hold a valid driving licence (nice-to-have)
