Customer Success Manager (German speaking), Initial 3 month contract (likely extend)
I’m looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a leading global business, managing a portfolio of license reviews & cyber services across a defined territory. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing, analytical, and problem-solving environment!
Responsibilities:
- Own a territory and manage license reviews across client customers
- Engage directly with clients, analyse data, and present findings
- Provide advisory insights on software compliance, utilisation & optimisation
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities (Excel proficiency essential)
- Background in software, IT, cybersecurity, legal OR sales with a technical aptitude
- Experience in software asset management, IT compliance, cybersecurity, customer success
Language Requirement:
German language skills are essential! Candidates without this will not be considered.
