Are you an experienced grounds specialist with a passion for excellence in sports facility management? The University invites applications for the role of Grounds Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the maintenance and preparation of our outdoor sports facilities and playing surfaces, ensuring they meet the highest standards for a wide range of users.
The Opportunity:
As Grounds Manager, you’ll apply advanced grounds management practices to support a variety of events and services across the University’s sporting estate, while inspiring and managing a small, dedicated team to deliver outstanding results. This role offers the opportunity to champion innovation, developing and implementing new, efficient approaches to grounds management, and to promote sustainable, biodiversity-focused practices that enrich the campus environment and align with the University’s ambitious sustainability goals.

- Extensive experience in grounds management, particularly in sports pitch maintenance.
