Senior Manager – Support Office Recruitment & Experience – ODEON
Job Purpose:
As Group Procurement Buyer, you\’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement of indirect Cinema Operations services. You will work cross-functionally to achieve the best commercial value for ODEON Cinemas Group.

Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Cinema Operations, Facilities & Utilities categories across all European territories, reporting to the Group Procurement Category Manager.
- Procure indirect goods and services such as cleaning contracts, consumables, waste management, safety & security.
- Implement the group’s procurement category strategy aligned with overall company objectives.
- Manage various procurement needs, including applying category strategies, executing tenders, and promoting procurement best practices.
- Monitor and support risk minimization in category purchasing and contracts.
- Maintain and evaluate key supplier relationships, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on procurement inquiries and support review and implementation of procurement processes and systems.
- Analyze data sets to support category strategy and implementation.
