Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Assistant Managers, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  1. Help the Manager oversee the retail operations
  2. Lead a team of associates capable of providing great customer service.
  3. Perform basic administrative duties, including cash register readings, inventory, banking, and ordering
  4. Customer relationship building
  5. Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs

  5. Strong supervisory skills and the proven ability to motivate, lead and coach staff
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  8. Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule
  9. Previous Food Service and/or Hospitality experience
  10. Previous work experience with Tim Hortons would be an asset
