Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) surveyors and installers.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Act as the key liaison between the office and field teams.
- Assist with the design process and be the technical expert.
