About Our Client

They are a really established charitable organisation based in central London in a fabulous building. They provide a lot of different services including education, community events, support for LGBTQ+, and refugee and homeless initiatives.

Job Description

This is an exciting and varied role. You will work alongside other members of staff to arrange educational events, large-scale dinners, and help with festivals. You will also be involved in HR, such as managing recruitment, inducting new joiners, and updating the operational best practice log book. Additionally, you will lead health and safety, oversee facilities, and line manage another member of staff.

This is a fantastic role in a fast-paced, dedicated organisation that is also a lot of fun.

You will:

  • Have worked in a similar operational or management role within a charity or not-for-profit
  • Have experience in line management
  • Be a real people person who can build rapport quickly
  • Desire a varied role
