Senior Project Manager (Consultancy)- Corporate Commercial team β London! An international, team cohesion focused consultancy, is opening their Liverpool Street office doors to a qualified Senior Project Manager with experience in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. The role requires leadership across all stages of fast-paced, high-profile projects, from initial engagement and design through to construction and delivery for their Corporate Commercial team. Key Responsibilities: β Project Leadership: Managing the design, procurement, and construction of Category A and B fit-out projects from start to finish. β Client Relationship Management: Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring that the clients\β goals are met while maintaining high satisfaction. β Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating project terms to support growth. β Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (like cost consultancy, interior design, engineering) and external consultants and contractors for seamless project delivery. β Financial Management: Overseeing budgets, revenue forecasts, and billing practices to meet profitability targets. β Risk Management & Compliance: Ensuring projects adhere to internal standards, health and safety guidelines, and relevant regulations while mitigating any risks.
