Role Overview
As a Senior SAP Concur Functional Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementations, optimising travel processes for clients worldwide. You’ll work with finance, procurement, TMC`s (Travel management companies), SAP Concur Eco-systems partners and IT teams to configure solutions, integrate systems, and improve compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Concur Travel implementations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Conduct workshops to define travel policies, workflows, Eco-system partners and reporting needs.
- Configure and optimise SAP Concur Travel for seamless policy enforcement and automation.
- Work with technical teams on API integrations with ERP, HR, and finance systems.
- Develop training materials and lead user adoption sessions for client teams.
- Provide expert advisory on travel policy compliance and cost control best practices.
- Support post-implementation reviews to refine and enhance system performance.
Who should apply?
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience implementing SAP Concur Travel solutions.
- 10+ years in the Travel industry
- Hands-on experience with emissions data, and business travel adjacent services/partners.
- Proven record of accomplishment in managing end-to-end implementations in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel policies, workflows, and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in finance, procurement, or travel management companies (TMCs).
- Knowledge of API integrations with Concur and ERP/HR platforms.
