Description
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our People Team, supporting our London business.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering our People Strategy, partnering closely with leaders and teams to create a world-class experience for all colleagues.
The role
In this role, you will work across all aspects of the employee lifecycle — from talent and performance to change management and cultural transformation. You’ll bring a modern, commercial approach to HR, helping us embed our values, drive innovation and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
This role can be full-time or part-time, with flexible working options available. As we support teams and sites across London, you’ll also need to be comfortable working both in the office and on location.
Experience required
- Experienced across the full HR/People generalist remit.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Skilled communicators, able to influence at all levels.
- Passionate about developing others and celebrating success.
- Analytical, with the ability to use data to inform strategy.
- Experienced in supporting cultural change and transformation.
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified (or working towards it).
