The role

As our Talent & Development Manager, you will lead the delivery of our Talent & Development strategy, ensuring our people have the right skills, tools, and opportunities to succeed. This role is central to fostering a positive learning culture, embedding effective performance development, and supporting career progression across all levels of the business.

  • Collaborate with leaders to embed a positive learning culture.
  • Conduct regular training needs analysis and tailor development plans.
  • Own and evolve our performance development programme (LEAD).
  • Develop and deliver leadership development initiatives.
  • Support Apprenticeship & Graduate programmes.
  • Work closely with external training providers and maximise our LMS (Cornerstone).
  • Develop career pathways and support succession planning.
  • Analyse data to inform L&D decisions and produce insightful reports.
  • Manage the L&D budget and ensure value for money.

Experience required

  • Strong experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Organised, creative and confident in developing innovative learning solutions.
  • Experienced in managing external suppliers and creating engaging training materials.
  • Passionate about developing others and supporting a diverse and inclusive culture.
