We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our UK&I Team as an Interim HR Director (12 months).
You will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the global HR Strategy, own the business processes, and provide advisory services – at the strategic, operational, and administration levels.
You will engage with our Global Business Center, lead the change effort for the way in which the organization as a whole delivers HR services. This role will also provide proactive business advisory and solutions-oriented HR business partner services for the local management team and will be leading together with the local HR team the day-to-day HR tasks and responsibilities in order to be compliant with local law & legislation and smooth HR operations.
You will form part of the UK&I leadership team and the regional North West HR Team.
