A highly respected M&E Contractor, with a £70 million turnover, is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team. Specialising in commercial, pharmaceutical and critical services projects such as data centre projects up to £35 million MEP. This company has built a reputation for excellence, ethics, and long-term client relationships.
With an outstanding staff retention rate and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking for an experienced estimator who can hit the ground running and contribute to their continued success.

Responsibilities / Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years\’ experience in an Electrical Estimating role.
- Experience preparing tenders and pricing projects valued up to £20 million and examples of project wins over £15 million M&E.
- Proficiency in researching materials, equipment, and labour costs.
- Experience with Trimble, Contract Master, or other estimating software.
- Strong Excel skills are beneficial.
- Skilled in liaising with clients to gather project requirements.
- Ability to obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Experience assessing project risks and preparing detailed quotations.
- Proven track record of maintaining strong client and site relationships.
- Competent in data analysis, cost forecasting, and compliance checks.
- Attending design, progress, and commercial meetings regularly.
